PRELIMINARY DESIGNS

From the earliest beginnings of an Audio Visual concept, AAVC can be there to help guide you through the plethora of products and methodologies available in today's market place to ensure your initial concepts don't over or under shoot the mark on design or budget.

Preliminary designs include basic budgets and system topology. These become useful tools in forecasting the next phase of your development and starting to manage the project's expectations versus the available budgets.

FULL DESIGN

Once the project has progressed to the full planning stage, comprehensive designs can be developed for the start of the tendering process. A full design will include a design scope, a specification, realistic deliverable outcomes and detailed schematics.

Having progressed from integration into consulting AAVC can offer a full design package that will make sense to the client and ensure the quotes received are consistent and accurate.

This paves the way for a smooth project with minimal variations and accurate predetermined outcomes.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Having been involved in every part of the process for a very long period of time, managing the Client's expectations and the reality of installation is second nature to AAVC. An important part of this process is correctly establishing the deliverables and making sure they are not only realistic but also properly implemented.

This is achieved by AAVC becoming the conduit between the Client's expectations and the Integrator on the ground. Regular scheduled meetings with Builders, Architects, the AV Integrator and most importantly the Client circumvents any issues that may arise during construction.

PEER REVIEW

Calling on all aspects of our experience allows us to be able to perform a detailed review of any project at any stage.

Be it a full peer review or a simple usability assessment of your current audio visual spaces.

This can be a useful service in assessing the longevity of your current systems.

With the ever changing nature of AV a peer review can also identify any possible savings in the operation of your current systems.
